December 6, 1757, letter from Benezet to Jonah Thompson, an English Quaker minister and school teacher at Bristol, regarding Benezet's return to teaching at the Philadelphia girls' school he founded, and the 1756 visit to Pennsylvania of John Hunt and Christopher Wilson, London Yearly Meeting representatives who were investigating the conduct of Indian affairs.
